It’s already Monday again, how does that happen?
Our weekend was a calm and quiet one spent up at my parent’s cabin. We love going there. It’s not fancy and it’s not big, it’s your typical rustic log cabin and we absolutely love going there. If the cabin wall’s could talk, oh the stories they could tell.
We play a lot of games, ride the four-wheelers, go on hikes, get dirty, talk, laugh and always eat waaaay too much, but it’s the cabin so that’s what you do.
Parker said it best this weekend as he was laying in one of the hammocks. He said “Mom, this is the best place ever.”
But now it’s Monday and I’ll spend the day cleaning my house. . . yep, I’m living the dream.
This week’s menu is filled again with some of my favorites. The Skor Bar Crunch Cake lasts about 3 minutes around our house. It’s one of our absolute favorites, pleeeease make it!
