My Weekly Menu Plans are a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
I’m still trying to get used to doing these weekly menu plans on Fridays. I spent time yesterday getting a post ready for today and then remembered today’s post needed to be a weekly menu. . .duh!
Eventually I’m sure I’ll get the hang of these Friday menus.
If you haven’t made my instant pot butter chicken and flatbread, you REALLY need to! If you don’t have an Instant Pot, you can do this in your slow cooker. My sister actually left a comment about how she did it in her slow cooker, so you can read that comment.
Lots of yummy ideas for next week’s meals, hope you enjoy it. Oh and the lemonhead cookies are to die for! I have been asked for this recipe over and over again. They never disappoint.

This is the perfect soup for those lazy summer days when you don’t feel like cooking and would rather be laying by the pool. You literally dump everything in a pot and warm it up on your stovetop. It’s done in about 20 minutes and you don’t have to turn on your oven and heat up your house. My boys LOVE this soup!
