I can’t believe it’s Friday already. This week has literally zipped right on by. What makes me even more sad is how fast summer is going. Parker reminds me every day that summer is almost over and he’s right.
We head to Newport Beach next week and I remember thinking when school got out how far away that vacation was. Well it’s not so far away anymore and I actually want to cry at how fast this summer is going. . .😭😭!
It’s been a little on the hot side here in Utah so I’ve tried to avoid turning on my oven. My slow cooker and Instant Pot have gotten a lot of use these past couple weeks. . . don’t know what I’d do without either of them.
With that being said, most of today’s weekly meal plan has mostly slow cooker and stove top/skillet meals to help you avoid heating up your house. The tostadas do require cooking the tortillas to crisp them up, but if you want to avoid turning your oven on, just buy premade tostada shells.
