This 3-ingredient chocolate chip pumpkin bread recipe is amazing! Made with pumpkin puree, chocolate chips and pumpkin spice box mix . . . easy peasy and crazy delicious!
Yes, it’s that time of year again when all those lovely pumpkin recipes start popping up everywhere and I can hardly contain myself. In a world of pumpkin everything for fall, you can never have too many pumpkin recipes! This recipe for 3-ingredient pumpkin chocolate chip bread is a must-have.
Years and years ago my grandma had made the most delicious pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. When she told me they were made with only a cake mix, canned pumpkin and chocolate chips I couldn’t believe it. I have made those countless times since my grandma shared that recipe with me.
If I had to guess, I bet you’ve also either eaten or made those 3-ingredient pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. Instead of making those 3-ingredient pumpkin chocolate chip cookies the other day, I decided to make 3-ingredient pumpkin chocolate chip bread and it’s absolutely scrumptious.

The first loaf I made was gone before I could even snap a few pictures. Parker probably ate 3/4 of the loaf on his own. . . not even joking. To say he loved it is a bit of an understatement. I made a second loaf and threw out a few threats to anyone who would even think about touching it before I got pictures.
You’re going to love this for so many reasons. . .
- it’s the perfect, quick, any night of the week treat.
- super fast to whip up for last minute company.
- it’s pumpkin and chocolate chips . . . a winning combination in my book!
- it only has 3 ingredients — but no one will even know that when they take a bite!
- Friends and family will beg you for the recipe.😊

This bread tastes like it was made from scratch and when you hear all the oohs and ahhs you can just smile and wave because you barely had to lift a finger. Just don’t forget to destroy the evidence (lol).

Yes my friends, this bread is going to completely wow you! You need to make is ASAP!
