Trail mix is one of my favorite things to throw together and take on trips. Sometimes I just buy the bag from Costco and then doctor it up with more M&M’s and candy corn and other times I completely just throw together any combination of things. I’ll share one of my favorite combinations with you one of these days.
So when I saw this trail mix over at Chef in Training I couldn’t wait to make it. It’s got so many of our favorite things in it and the combination of everything just works. This stuff is so yummy and highly addicting.
This will definitely be coming with us on our trip to Newport Beach this summer. This yumminess would be great for road trips, the pool, picnics, BBQs, or just to keep around your house for a snack . . . then again, maybe that’s not such a good idea because you might just eat it all.
One more thing, you might notice that in the picture you don’t see any goldfish crackers, that’s because I forgot to put them. I had them sitting there in my pantry, and just completely forgot to add them and didn’t even realize it until we had eaten 3/4 of this stuff. Oh well, there is always next time.
