If you love Biscoff cookie butter like I do, then you will fall in love with these cookies. Packed with white chocolate chips and cookie butter, they’re amazing! 


Units Scale
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Cookie Butter or Biscoff Spread
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg and beat until combined. Add Cookie Butter and mix until combined. Next add dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Add chocolate chips and mix on low.
  3. Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheets. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden on the outside edge.
  4. Cool on cookies sheets for 2-3 minutes, transfer to a cooling rack.
