Bread kinda happens to be my thing. I love it all . . .crusty or soft, light or dark, sweet or savory, warm or cold, quick breads, yeast breads, etc., love, love, love it!
Quick breads are one of my favorites breads to make because they are so simple and quick to make (hence the name). This Brown Sugar Cinnamon Streusel Bread is currently on the top of my list. It’s amazing warm with some butter spread on top and its equally fantastic at room temp and butterless. It’s moist, not too sweet and when you take a bite with the topping you get a slight soft crunch from the streusel. Yum!
Now the glaze is completely optional here, but I highly recommend it.
Just look at that sugary, cinnamony topping and vanilla glaze. Oh my this stuff is so good.

Thanks Amy! So glad you loved it! Thanks for the nice comment.
Made this on Sunday and served it for dessert with frozen vanilla yogurt! Delicious!
Thanks Christine! What a great idea, except I would have served it with ice cream and not yogurt.
This is exactly the recipe I’ve been looking for to make as a Christmas gift to give friends!!! I’ll have to double the recipe though, so that I can make at least 2 at a time. Do you think this is advisable to do with your recipe? Thanks!! Gini
Hi Virginia! Yes, of course you could double it. Let me know how it turns out for you.
