Cookies and Cream Blondies

These Cookies & Cream Blondies are loaded with chocolate chips and chopped up Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Creme candy bar. They’re buttery, gooey and insanely good. You will be hooked after one bite . . . seriously!! 


  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (3.4) ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 (6.5 ounce) Hershey’s Cookies and Cream Candy Bars
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9×13 pan with foil, spray lightly OR just spray the pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
  3. Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time until well incorporated. Add vanilla and pudding mix. Beat until light and fluffy. Slowly add the flour mixture.
  4. Cut up the candy bar into bite-sized pieces. Add into the batter along with the chocolate chips.
  5. Evenly press the dough into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 23-25 minutes. You don’t want to over bake these. Bake just until edges start to turn a light golden brown. Cool in pan and cut into bars.


I have been able to find the 6.5 ounce Hershey’s Cookies and Cream candy bars at Wal-Mart. If you can’t find them just buy three or four of the smaller size ones ( I think they are about 4 ounces).
