When I was planning out my 12 Days of Sugar I knew there absolutely had to be a cheesecake recipe involved. I love any and all cheesecakes. This Black & White Cheesecake is a recipe my aunt gave me years ago, I think maybe even before I was married. It’s definitely a winner!
Cheesecake is such the perfect ending to any meal. It’s just so darn good!
I absolutely love the hint of cinnamon in the crust, it’s super subtle and makes this sooo good!
Now I have a little confession to make. The original name of this cheesecake is Marble Cheesecake. Clearly you can see there is no marbling going on with mine. I was kind of in a hurry when I made this and just poured the white layer in then the chocolate layer and very quickly gave it a few swirls. Obviously my swirling skills need some drastic improvement.
If you want yours marbled, then just alternate scooping the white and chocolate layers into the crust and then carefully swirl with a knife. Whether you call this cheesecake black & white or Marbled, it’s amazing and definitely needs to be added to your holiday menu.Print
