I’m 100% sure I blinked and the weekend was over.

I’m not sad it’s Monday. I happen to love Mondays because we get to email with my son who is on his mission right now.

I’m just completely bugged by the fact that summer is literally flying by.

I’m seriously going to soak up every last day of summer and just completely ignore the fact that stores already have Halloween and Christmas stuff out. I was at Sam’s Club Saturday night and they have costumes and huge bags of Halloween candy just staring you in the face.

I refuse to walk into Hobby Lobby because I’ve been told they already have Christmas out . . .ugh! I can’t even handle it. Please don’t don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love Christmas, but it’s still 100° outside and sleigh bells, candy canes and tinsel really aren’t on my mind right now.

Creamy Pesto Pasta

My boys (especially Parker) request this pasta all the time. It may not look that good, but it is seriously the bomb! I make homemade pesto for it, but you can certainly use store bought.
