Menu Plan Monday is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
Most days that I write these blog posts, I wish more than anything that I had a mind like my son Parker. That kid is witty, clever and ALWAYS has something to talk about. I don’t think his brain ever shuts off. I, on the other hand, usually sit and stare at my computer screen waiting for that light bulb to go off. I’m seriously considering asking him to start writing my posts. You would definitely be entertained that’s for sure.
Anyway, there is some good stuff going on again with this week’s menu plan. I hope it helps get you through the week and makes your life a little easier.

Honestly one of our favorite, quick meals ever (which is why you’ll probably see this more than once in Menu Plan Monday’s lineup). I could make these weekly and I’d never hear a complaint. We love them with oven steak fries or tater tots.

I could lock myself in a closet and eat the entire pan of these. Cinnamon rolls are my weakness and these are absolutely amazing!
Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting
Bring on the pumpkin! I can never get enough of it this time of year. These Pumpkin Bars are some of the best ever if you ask me.
