Menu Plan Monday is a yummy collection of dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts to help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time. I hope you enjoy it!
I’m mentally gearing up for Parker’s whining, tears and sob story that summer is too short and why can’t it be longer. In Parker’s perfect world the school year would be 2 1/2 months long and and summer vacation would be 9 1/2 months. I keep telling him to dream on!!
I know some of your kids have already started back to school, so I just keep reminding him about that. It doesn’t seem to help!
I’ve got some yummy things on the menu for this week, definitely some of our favorites. I hope you love them too. Have a great week and soak up every last second of summer that you can.
Oh this soup is amazing, and the cheesy yum that goes on top, well, let’s just say it takes this soup to a whole new level of yumminess. My homemade french bread is THE best with this soup!
This pork is one of those golden recipes buried really deep in my archives (thankfully I recently updated the pics). It’s honestly one of my favorite ways to eat a pork roast. The balsamic glaze is out of this world and the pork is so tender. It’s cooked in your slow cooker which makes it even better on these hot summer days. I usually double the glaze recipe because, well, it’s the best part. It’s great served with any kind of potatoes or rice as a side dish. We LOVE this!
