Menu Plan Monday is a yummy collection of dinner recipes, side dishes and a couple desserts to help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
I’ve spent the majority of the past few days in the kitchen and I’m exhausted.
In the span of three days I made about 285 mint brownies, a coconut bundt cake, a raspberry white chocolate bundt cake, a pan peanut butter bars and my fresh peach dessert.
I think it’s safe to say I’m a little burned out from baking right now. I’m sure it won’t last long and by later today I’ll have made a batch of cookies or baked something else (lol!).

Cinnamon Roll Cake
This cake is one of my many downfalls, I could devour the entire thing. It’s cinnamon rolls in cake form and so simple to make. If you love cinnamon rolls, you’ll love this.
