We got dumped on again yesterday. Probably another 8 inches of snow at my house, my in-laws said they about closer to 15 inches. . . ugh!
It’s March and the first day of spring is just a couple weeks away, but Mother Nature has been messing with us here in Utah and I kinda want to punch her in the face.
When it was supposed to be freezing cold and snowing the last few months, we were enjoying blue skies and temps in the mid to upper 50s.
I think the weather has been kind of crazy everywhere this winter so I guess I should just shut up about it.
There is lots of yummy stuff on the menu for this week. The chicken pasta is one of our absolute favorites. It ranks right up there with our family favorite pasta.
