Menu Plan Monday is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
My husband and I finally saw the Greatest Showman over the weekend and I’m so mad it took us so long to go and see it.
Our two oldest sons had seen it weeks ago and have been telling us we HAVE to go see it.
They both absolutely loved it and downloaded the soundtrack on their phones and have listened to it nonstop.
My mom saw it and went a second time about a week later. She also couldn’t stop raving about it and told me we needed to see it.
You guys, it’s amazing and now I can’t stop listening to the soundtrack. If you haven’t seen it, you absolutely need to.
It’s fabulous and I could go see it 57 more times and not be sick of it. I’ve already pre-ordered it on Amazon and am dying for it to come.
Ok, now that I’ve rambled on about the movie, let’s talk food.
This week’s menu plan is pretty fabulous too, at least I think so. I hope it helps your week seem a little less hectic. Remember, you can always pull up past menu plans to mix & match and make your menu for the week.
Ham & Cheese Tortellini
Honey Sriracha Chicken Tacos
Sloppy Joes
Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas
Lasagna Soup
One of my favorite soups ever! Serve this with some homemade french bread and a green salad and you’ve got a delicious meal!
DATE NIGHT – KITCHEN CLOSED
Garlic Gourmet Chicken Breasts & Parmesan Garlic Sweet Potatoes
Lemon Ice Box Pie
We finally have snow after an unusually warm and dry winter and I’m already tired of it and want it to be spring. I guess this pie will just have to hold me over.
