Did anyone else eat too many Cadbury mini eggs and/or Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs, or was it just me?
Between Easter candy, the big breakfasts I made both Saturday and Sunday mornings (Conference weekend = big breakfasts, which always includes cinnamon rolls), and the Raspberry Trifle and Coconut Bundt Cake I made for desserts for Easter, I’m pretty sure I consumed enough calories to last me all week.
Maybe I should just stick with salads for a few days (lol!). Lots of good stuff this week. Hope you enjoy it.
