Menu Plan Monday is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
My youngest two boys had spring break last week and it was the lamest spring break ever!
We didn’t have plans to go anywhere, but I had planned on doing a bunch of fun things with Braydon and Parker, including driving up emigration canyon one morning and going to Ruth’s Diner for breakfast. Sadly, that didn’t happen, along with much of anything else we planned.
Parker got sick on the Friday before spring break and ended up being sick and not feeling well enough to do anything until Wednesday.
Then Wednesday night I wasn’t feeling great and I (who literally hasn’t been really sick in over four years) woke up Thursday morning feeling like I wanted to die. When I don’t to the gym and lay on the couch all day, my boys know I am really sick, because that never happens!!!
So yeah, our spring break stunk, to say the least. Hopefully Maybe next year’s will be better.
