Time for another Menu Plan Monday. I’ve got a couple oldies but goodies this week.Every week I plan these menus, I realize I have so many older posts in desperate need of photo updates (lol!). I better get busy!
Have a great week!
Skillet Baked Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
We love this skillet spaghetti and I love even more that it’s made in one pan. Serve this with a green salad and the amazing artisan bread below and you’ve got a fabulous dinner.
No Knead Artisan Bread
This bread leaves me speechless! It’s even better than buying it from a bakery. It’s seriously to die for! My son Taylor and I inhaled an entire loaf one night between the two of us. It’s a dangerous thing when I make this! This is simple to make, but takes lots of rising time so plan ahead.
Ground Beef Tacos
These tacos are so good and one thing that makes them so amazing is the shells. It’s so worth the few extra minutes it takes to make these, I promise!
Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada Chili (Zupa’s Copycat)
We absolutely love this soup, it’s so delicious. I love even more that it’s made in a slow cooker which means I don’t have to turn my oven on.
Kickin’ BBQ Chicken Quesadillas
These are quick, simple and delicious!
Instant Pot Cafe Rio Sweet Pork Copycat
DATE NIGHT – KITCHEN CLOSED
Garlic Gourmet Chicken Breasts
This chicken is unbelievably good. It’s made the night before which I love! It’s so juicy, tender and the flavor is amazing. It’s delicious served with these crash potatoes (just click, sorry the picture is too dreadful to even repost!)
Zucchini Sheet Cake
The perfect dessert to use up the plethora of zucchini you may have in your garden. This cake is so fabulous and the cream cheese frosting makes it all the more better.
