I happen to love, love, love those Biscoff cookies you get when you fly on Delta Airlines.
So when I saw Biscoff spread at the store, it was a no-brainer, I had to buy some. OH MY This stuff is good, it tastes just like the cookies!
It is yummy on toast, on vanilla wafers, or graham crackers. It’s fabulous spread on the Biscoff cookies, and it’s pretty dang good just eating it right off a spoon.
I pretty much put it on anything I like to put peanut butter on. So I decided to try it in my favorite no-bake cookie recipe, in place of the peanut butter. They were fabulous!

- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup Biscoff spread
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- In medium saucepan melt butter, sugar and milk, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat.
- Stir in Biscoff, oatmeal and vanilla.
- Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
