No Bake Cookies with chocolate, peanut butter, and oatmeal are a classic and an all-time favorite! So simple to make and crazy addicting!
I decided that I definitely have a love/hate relationship with summer. . . .
I love fresh vegetables from my garden, I hate weeding my garden, I love a green lawn, I hate my water bill, I love the warmth of the sun, I hate all the bugs, I love flowers, I hate the weeds, I love thunder showers, I hate the wind, I love to bake, I hate turning my oven on.
I could keep going . . .but I won’t.
The other day I was needing/wanting to bake something, but it was 3:00 in the afternoon and I didn’t want to heat up my kitchen. So I made these amazing No Bake Cookies. I forgot how much I love these cookies. They are addicting and oh so yummy!
These cookies bring back memories of elementary school and our awesome lunch lady Esther. She made the most amazing chocolate cake and she made a killer no-bake cookie (although we called them haystacks when we were kids). I loved them in elementary school and I still love them today!
P.S. Be sure and check in next week because I’m going to do a salute to summer and share some of my favorite home-made ice cream recipes every day.
