These Nutella Peanut Butter Cookies are full of peanut butter, chocolate chips and have ribbons of Nutella throughout the dough. Crazy delicious!
When I first started this blog I would occasionally share Parker Bites, but for some reason, I got out of the habit of doing that. Parker has asked me several times over the last couple years why I never do them anymore. I jokingly tell him it’s because he’s not funny anymore. The truth is, he is still funny and I continue to write down the crazy, random things he says.
Before I talk food today, I decided it’s time to share a long, overdue Parker bite. It’s short, but good. The other day when I picked Parker up from piano, he got in the car and said this to me:
Mom, how does it feel to know that you’re starting the decline of your life cycle? Oh, nevermind, you’re not 50, but Dad’s definitely on the decline.
I just laughed out loud! What 12-year old even thinks about life cycles and asks that question? Oh wait, Parker does! I won’t even begin to tell you about our conversation a couple weeks ago on the way home from piano, it involved hot flashes and menopause. Let me just say that Parker really regretted even asking about hot flashes. Maybe one day I will have to share that conversation with you. Apparently, the very short car ride home from piano sparks something in this kid.
What I will share with you today is this fabulous recipe for Nutella Peanut Butter Cookies. It’s no secret that I absolutely love cookies, and peanut butter and Nutella are like the best stuff ever, so when I saw these cookies on Instagram, I immediately got to work. Oh my heck you guys, they are so fabulous and are my newest cookie love.
The dough is so crazy good, it was a miracle any of it even got baked into cookies. You have to try these. Make sure you don’t overmix the dough once you add the Nutella, you want to see swirls of it throughout the dough. Are they just so yummy to look at?
