These fries are a great alternative to switch up from normal french fries! Serve them with burgers, barbecue, anything you can think of! They are sooooo good!

Mmmm, french fries! These Oven Steak Fries so good. Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside. Absolutely delicious! Serve them up with a little fry sauce or ketchup and you have yourself some amazing fries!

- 5 medium russet potatoes, washed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. blackened seasoning (I use Zatarain’s)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and spray foil with non-stick cooking spray. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Place in large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and sprinkle with seasonings. Toss with your hands until potatoes are all coated. Spread onto foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
