Just a handful of pantry ingredients is all it takes to make this delicious Peanut Butter Ice Cream Topping! If you’re a peanut butter lover then you’re going to love this! 


Units Scale
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt, optional


  1. In a small saucepan, combine peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring/whisking until smooth.
  2. Add the water and stir until combined. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla and salt, then transfer to a jar to cool. Use warm over your favorite ice cream and enjoy! (*This will thicken as it cools. To make it pourable heat it in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds or so and give it a stir.)
  4. This can be stored at room temperature or in the fridge.
