Technically these cookies should be called Peanut Butter White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M Cookies, but that was such a mouthful and might make me sound really long-winded so I shortened the name up a bit. But whatever you want to call them, they are just insanely good.
A soft, puffy peanut butter cookie full of white chocolate candy corn M&M’s . . .it’s actually kind of crazy how good they are. Especially when you bite into an M&M, oh my heck it’s so good. Now while these are plenty good after they’ve cooled completely, you’ve just got to try one while they’re still warm. The center of the M&M’s is so soft and just melts in your mouth.
I know they may just seem like a boring old cookie, but you’ve got to trust me when I say these are delicious. They only make the candy corn M&M’s for Halloween (obviously), so hurry and get them while you still can because you’ve got to try these cookies.
I hope my son Taylor doesn’t mind that I swiped his bag of candy corn M&M’s, (they are his all-time favorite flavor M&M), but since I bought them for him, I figured it was ok to “borrow” the rest of the bag.
