Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 bars ((about 4 oz each) good quality white chocolate chopped (I used Lindt))

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl add cake mix, oil, egg and buttermilk. Mix on medium speed until well combined.
  3. Press into a greased 9×9 cake pan and bake for 21-23 minutes. Allow to cool Let cool for at least 60 minutes before cutting.
