Slow cooker meals are the greatest thing ever! You know I love them, especially when they are as simple and delicious as these Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken Tacos.
It’s a little embarrassing how simple this meal is to make. Four ingredients tossed into your slow cooker and then you walk away and a few short hours later you have the juicy, flavorful chicken that can be used in so many ways.
Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, salads, etc. Are you catching on here? This chicken is incredibly versatile and delicious in anything you make with it.
helpful hint . .
Make a double batch of this and freeze it in portions to use for another meal on those days when life is crazy and you don’t have time to figure out dinner. Thaw it in the fridge overnight and reheat it in on the stovetop on low, or even back in your slow cooker for a few hours on low.

We all love this chicken. We love drizzling my homemade Cafe Rio dressing on this chicken . . .heck, we love drizzling it on any Mexican dishes.
Four simple ingredients:
- chicken breasts
- ranch dressing mix
- taco seasoning
- chicken broth
I prefer using boneless skinless chicken breasts, but you could use chicken tenders or even thighs if you’d like. Dinner’s don’t get much easier.
