This S’mores Crumble will completely win you over. Simple to make and no campfire needed. It’s ridiculously delicious!
If you’re wondering if this S’mores Crumble tastes as good as it looks and sounds, then I’m happy to tell you it does. Oh my heck, it’s so crazy, crazy good! I don’t even know where to begin about this pan of deliciousness. I think if Zach would have been left alone in the house with this, he would have had it devoured in 49.3 seconds flat.
We are a s’mores-loving household, but I think I would choose this S’mores Crumble over campfire s’mores any day. This crumble should come with a warning label that says something like WARNING, once you start eating, it may be impossible to stop!
Now I’m sure this would be completely fabulous with a scoop of ice cream on top and maybe a little drizzle of chocolate sauce, but we didn’t even bother because we were too busy shoveling it into our mouths.
Super quick and easy to make, you have got to try this one.

S’mores Crumble
- Total Time: 30 minutes
Description
You can certainly use mini marshmallows instead of the large size, just use about two cups. Also, feel free to use chocolate chips in place of the chopped Hershey’s Bar (probably about a cup or so).
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter (, softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups marshmallows (, halved crosswise (or 2 cups mini marshmallows))
- 12–14 Hershey’s snack size chocolate bars (, chopped coarsely)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10-inch cast-iron skilled with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and brown sugar on medium speed until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes (scrape sides as needed). Add oats, flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
- Press two-thirds of the crumble mixture into the prepared skillet. Top with marshmallows and chopped chocolate. Sprinkle with remaining crumble mixture.
- Bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before servings. Drizzle with melted chocolate, if desired.
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes

Can I use a regular dish to bake this instead of a cash iron skillet?
Hi Cassy, yes you can use any baking dish for this.
