These Churro Sugar Cookies are like eating a churro and sugar cookie all rolled into one. Topped with an amazing browned butter frosting and sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar 🍪

Ingredients
1 cup butter
3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Extra granulated sugar for dipping
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Pinch of salt
5 to 7 tablespoons half and half

This Thai Chicken & Rice Skillet w/ Peanut Sauce is a simple, delicious, one-pan meal done in about 30 minutes. Loaded with chicken, rice, peppers, carrots, just to name a few things. Then topped with a delicious peanut sauce. So, so good!

3 chicken breasts (about 2 lbs), cut into 1-inch pieces
3 teaspoons sesame oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce, divided
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
3 1/2 cups water
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup shredded cabbage (*see note)
1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 1/2 cups baby spinach
Chopped honey roasted peanuts (for garnish)
Sriracha (*optional)
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon sriracha
4 to 5 tablespoons hot water (or more if you want it thinner)
