Thanksgiving is just three days away and you most likely are on the ball and have your whole menu already planned out, right?
But just in case you’re toying with the idea of trying some new recipes this year, here are some great ideas for side dishes and desserts.
Do you have favorite side dishes and desserts that are a Thanksgiving must? I’d love to hear what they are.
Happy Thanksgiving!
DESSERTS. . .
Cranberry Muffins with Butter Sauce
These little beauties have been part of our Thanksgiving menu since I was a kid. Definitely a family favorite. The amount of butter sauce in this picture is pretty telling of how much we pour over our muffins. In fact it, it may not have been enough, maybe for just one of those muffins (lol!).
Coconut Cream Pie
Made with a graham cracker crust, this pie is so amazing!
Paper Bag Apple Pie
Easy peasy and incredibly delicious!
Mini Pumpkin Oreo Cheesecakes
Chocolate Cream Pie
Raspberry Cream Cheese Pie with Chocolate Ganache
SIDE DISHES. . .
Cranberry Salad
Another family tradition that’s been around since forever! It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without this salad!
Brown Sugar & Bacon Green Beans
These are like eating candy! Seriously one of the best side dishes ever!
This yam casserole is amazing! It’s like eating dessert!
Slow Cooker Butternut Squash
Delicious and so simple to make. The great thing about this side dish is it’s done in your slow cooker, freeing up some oven space.
Lion House Rolls
These are hands down my favorite rolls. Light and feathery, they’re absolutely delicious!
