These Triple Chocolate Chunk Chocolate Cookies are so fantastic! Thick, dense, soft and loaded with milk chocolate, white chocolate and cookies and cream chunks.


Units Scale
  • 1 cup cold butter, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 3/4 cups white chocolate chunks
  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate chunks (I use Trader Joe’s Pounds plus bars)
  • 3/4 cup chopped Hershey’s Cookies & Cream candy bar


  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix butter and sugars, just about 30 seconds or so. DO NOT CREAM! You will still have some lumps of butter.
  3. Add egg and vanilla and and mix just until eggs are incorporated. (You will/should still have a few small lumps of butter.)
  4. Add flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa. Mix until all blended together. Stir in the white and milk chocolate chunks and the chopped candy bar
  5. Roll dough balls by hand, making them slightly larger than a golf ball. Pat them down just slightly after placing them onto your cookie sheets.
