- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 cann(10 oz) Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can (14.5 oz) fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 package dry ranch dressing (3 tablespoons)
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, undrained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 2 cups chicken broth, see notes
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Toppings:
- Fritos
- Grated cheese
- Sour cream
- Cilantro
- Avocado
Instructions
- In a large pot brown the ground turkey and onion over medium high heat. Drain any grease/liquid.
- Add the rotel tomatoes, fire roasted tomatoes, ranch dressing mix, pinto beans, kidney beans, black beans, corn, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin and brown sugar.
- Bring to a low boil and reduce heat to low and simmer for 2o minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with toppings of your choice.
Notes
- If you want a thinner/runnier chili, then feel free to add more broth.
