My weekly menu plans are a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration, and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
It’s already time for another weekly menu plan . . . sheesh Fridays get here so fast and then the weekend goes even faster.
If you have a garden full of cherry tomatoes, like I do, then the 20-Minute Pasta with Tomato & Almond Pesto is a fantastic way to use some of them. This pasta is crazy good and so simple to make. I could eat it every day. Serve it with a green salad and some good bread and you’ll have a simple, but delicious Sunday meal. If you don’t have tomatoes coming out of your ears like I do, please feel free to knock on my door😊.
I’m already going crazy in my kitchen with pumpkin recipes, so naturally I included one of my all- time favorite pumpkin cakes in today’s menu plan. If you’ve never made the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Streusel Cake, please run to your kitchen and make it ASAP. And if you do and you live by me, I’m happy to take some off your hands.
