Hey friends! Hope you’ve had a great week!
We had some crazy weather here in Utah this week. We went from the low 90s on Monday to the low 50s for the high on Tuesday. The wind was crazy with gusts up to 100 mph. Tons of massive trees were uprooted and knocked down throughout parts of Salt Lake, semis were tipping over on the freeway, there were power outages everywhere . . .totally crazy! As of this morning, my in-laws are still without power since Tuesday morning. It was insane, but would we expect anything less? I mean it is 2020 right? (aka the year from hell).
Because it got so cold here, I made soup the other night to warm me up. It tasted so good that I had to put soup on this week’s menu.
