I’m pretty sure that about 10 minutes ago I was writing last week’s meal plan post. Sheesh, this week has flown by.
Before we talk about his week’s menu, let me quickly give all of you a good laugh and share my shining moment of the week.
It was my son Taylor’s birthday on Tuesday, and of course like any mom would, I wanted to record him opening his presents. So I pulled my phone out and told him to go ahead. After he was done opening them, I went to push the BIG RED BUTTON on my screen to stop recording, only there wasn’t one! Why?! Because I never switched my phone to video so I obviously never started recording. DUH! 🤦♀️ How do I stand there for 3-4 minutes, staring at my phone screen, and not even notice that I’m not recording! Oh boy did I ever take crap from my boys. Now that is something my in-laws or parents would do. Seriously, I’m a moron.
Go ahead and laugh, we all did. Hopefully I’ll never do that again, but I’m not making any promises.
So many delicious things on this week’s meal plan. If you’ve never made the Chicken in Lemon & Cream, PLEASE do! It’s amazing and so simple to make, Tastes like it came from a 5-star restaurant. And I can’t wait to make the Baked Funfetti Donuts, it’s been way too long.
