Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
Can I just tell you how glad I am January is over. Are any of you? I think January is my least favorite month of the year. . . it’s just so dreary and long.
Anyway, so many good things are on the menu for next week. I haven’t made the Skillet Chicken Tikka Masala in forever and I can’t wait to have it. If you do make it, be sure and make the simple soft flatbread to go along with it, you won’t regret it for a second!
I should also warn you about the caramel stuffed rice krispie treats . . . they are highly, highly addictive and if you’re sticking to a new year’s resolution to eat better, diet, cut out sweets or whatever, then don’t make these. On second thought, make them and send them to me😉.
