Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
I feel like I can finally say it’s officially winter here after the major snowstorm we had Wednesday morning. I think some parts of the valley got up to a foot of snow and the mountains were dumped on. I’m sure the ski resorts are thrilled and breathing a sigh of relief.
I haven’t skied since I was high school because of my knees, but I can safely say that even if my knees allowed it, I wouldn’t go skiing anymore. Why? Because the older I have gotten, the bigger whimp I have become about the cold (haha)!
So many good things on this week’s menu (I know I always say that, but it’s true😉). The Butternut Squash Soup is going to warm you from head to toe! Also, about the S’mores cookies and the Take 5 Brownies . . . don’t even bother trying to decide which one to make, make them both!
