Woo hoo, February is almost over, which means spring is just around the corner. I can hardly wait. We’ve actually had a pretty mild winter, but I am still ready for spring.
So many good things on the menu this week. If you’ve never made the Garlic Gourmet Chicken Breasts, you are missing out. It has gotten rave reviews every single time I’ve made it for a dinner party. I love it because it’s made the night before, which always makes dinnertime easier. It really is spectacular and super simple to make (don’t let the old, not-so-great photos dissuade you from making it).
The Raspberry Creme Brûlée is fabulous! When the pandemic started last year and we went into quarantine, my son Taylor was on a creme brûlée kick and made it probably five or six time. My boys eventually got tired of it, but I never did. Feel free to leave the raspberries off if you’d like. It’s honestly amazing!
