Happy Friday! I hope everyone has had a great week. I’ve had a fun-filled, treat-filled birthday week thanks to my family and friends. I have consumed enough sugar this week to last a lifetime, and I’ve enjoyed every single bite of it (lol).
If you’ve ever eaten at the Dodo Restaurant in Salt Lake, you know that besides their fantastic food, they’re known for their fabulous desserts. You can’t go wrong with any of them, but their peanut butter cream cheese pie is to die for. If you’ve had it I’m sure you will agree. My boys know of much I love it, so instead of a birthday cake for me on Tuesday, they got me an ENTIRE peanut butter cream cheese pie from the Dodo. If you’ve had it before, you know how HUGE a slice is. . . well, you should see the size of a whole pie! I won’t even mention how much it cost because it’s ridiculous, but hey, it was my birthday and my boys apparently love me a lot. Of course, they’re no dummies because they knew they’d reap the rewards of it.😉

Go ahead and click on it and you’ll be able to copy recipe ingredients straight to your favorite list app. It will copy all the ingredients from that recipe for you with just one click. Super slick, right?!
