It’s finally warming up and I’m so ready for this weekend. A big HaPpY BiRthDaY to my son Zach today! He turns 25 today which is really hard for me to believe! Holy smokes that makes me old! Zach is one of the best human beings I know. He has the biggest heart, loves everyone and is always making us laugh. I’m so glad I get to be his mom.
As usual, I love everything on this week’s menu plan. From the meatballs to the waffles, to the ice cream pie . . . seriously it’s all delicious and I think you’ll agree.
