Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
I’m enjoying a few fun-filled days with some of my sweet friends in very, very hot St. George. I’ve known these ladies for 25 years and love them to death. Girl’s trips with this group of women are never, ever boring. Eating and laughing seem to be our two favorite things to do. . . we’ve basically mastered them both.
I’m going to enjoy the next couple days and then it’s back to reality, which by the way is not going to be super fun. I have to have surgery on Monday, which means I’ll be taking a few weeks off. Please be patient and know that I haven’t disappeared. I won’t be posting any new recipes, but I will try and at least bring a few old recipes back into the spotlight. Hopefully some of them will be recipes you’ve haven’t tried yet so they’ll be new to you.
This week’s menu is so good! In fact, while I’m sitting here typing this, I want everything on it because I’m extremely hungry right now (lol). The Cookies & Cream Oreo Stuffed Brownies is a recipe I shared one of the times I was on Studio 5. . . they’re amazing and deadly! The Garlic Ranch Chicken is so fantastaic and the perfect thing for summer BBQs. You really can’t go wrong with anything and I hope you love everything as much as we all do.
