Sorry I’m a little late getting this week’s menu plan posted, but it’s ready and full of delicious recipes.
My garden is overflowing with tomatoes so welcome to a week full of recipes using fresh tomatoes. My apologies if you’re not a fan of tomatoes. The Marinated Flank Steak Tacos are so good and I don’t make them often enough. It’s one of the tomato recipes where you could easily leave off the pico and have them be tomato-free.
I hope you made the Fresh Peach Dessert that was on last week’s menu plan, if you didn’t you’re missing out. I made two last week and took one down to our friends. By the time my husband and I walked home from dropping if off, we had a text with a picture of the empty pie plate. They devoured in less than five minutes!
The Apple Crisp Pudding is incredible and the perfect dessert for this time of year. That is another must-make if you haven’t tried it yet.
