Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
Is it too early to be counting down the days until spring? It’s not going to get here fast enough for me. It was 10° F this morning when I woke up and I’ve been cold all day long. I need one of those “I’m Cold” sweatshirts. Have you seem them? I love the one I saw on Amazon, it says “Yes, I’m Cold. –ME 24:7”😂
This week’s menu plan is deliciousness galore. I could actually use a bowl of the Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Soup about right now. That should warm me up.
When the Covid first hit almost two years ago (UGH!) and everything shut down, I think half the population jumped on the sourdough bandwagon. At our house we jumped on the sourdough AND the crème brûlée bandwagon. Yes, we made crème brûlée so many times, I lost track. It was actually my son Taylor who had the idea of making it one day and then he just kept making it. He and Parker did eventually get a little tired of it. I on the other hand, did not! If you haven’t ever made crème brûlée, or it’s been while since you have, make it ASAP. It’s so simple to make and would be perfect for your Valentine’s Day dinner.
Be sure and make my homemade french bread with the lasagna. It’s unbelievably easy to make and absolutely delicious!!
Have a great weekend and I hope you are staying warm wherever you are. Remember, I’d love to hear back from you about anything you make. If you’re on Instagram, please be sure and tag me (@jodi_lud_5boysbaker) if you make something.
