Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
Is anyone else as ready for spring as I am? Mother nature has been very rudely teasing us here in Utah. We’ve had sunshine, blue skies and the temps hitting the low 50s and them BAM, we get snow again and temps down into the teens. Sheesh, she’s a mean one!
The only good thing about cold, snowy days is the baking that happens around here. . . or maybe that’s a bad thing.
Anyway, it’s Friday which means time for another meal plan. This week’s menu plan is a good one!
