Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
I am 100% ready for winter to be over and spring to officially arrive. Granted, spring doesn’t actually guarantee good weather here in Utah, but one can hope. The roller coaster temps we’ve been having are a little annoying! Scottsdale last week was beautiful and I’m about ready to pack my suitcase and hop on the next flight there, or anywhere that has better weather than here.
I think I’ve got a great menu going on this week. A few of the recipes like the slow cooker spaghetti casserole and the chicken imperial, I haven’t made in forever so I’m excited to make them. If you love cookie butter spread like I do, my white chocolate chip cookie butter cookies are phenomenal! If you have’t made them, you need to ASAP!
