I blinked and it’s Friday already again. This week has flown by, just like every other week.
So many favorites this week, and yes I know I say that all the time, but it’s true. The Sticky Coconut Chicken might be one of my all-time favorite ways to eat chicken because of two words. . . . coconut rice. Yes, the chicken is fantastic, but the coconut rice just makes it even that much better. The Monte Cristo Sliders are not only fast and simple, but they taste amazing!
