Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.

Man oh man this past week flew by! I can’t believe I didn’t even mention last week that my baby graduated 😩. Yep, my youngest graduated from high school and I’m having a really hard time accepting it. It’s hard to believe that chapter of my life is over.

No more parent teacher conferences, no more proms, no more school picture days, no more teacher disclosures to sign, no more sports, etc. It’s definitely been bittersweet. How did my boys grow up so dang fast?

Ok, l’ll pull myself together now and talk food because food always makes me feel better. It has been way too long since I’ve made the Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce and I can’t wait (I could literally drink the peanut sauce)!

It’s that time of year when I absolutely love my slow cooker, so you will be see these menu plans with a few slow cooker (and instant pot) dinner ideas. The Creamy Tacos are a huge favorite at our house!
