Holy smokes we’re halfway through June! And you want to hear something crazy? Wednesday morning when my friend and I went walking at 5:00 am, we were wearing winter coats. . . in June! Today it’s going to be nearing 100. Seriously, one day we’re in coats and gloves and the next we’re wearing our swimsuits. Talk about a roller coaster!
I’m keeping things super simple for this week’s menu. The Ground Beef Teriyaki Bowls are such a fast and easy dinner. Serve them with some fresh fruit and/or corn on the cob. With the temps being so hot this week, I can’t wait to make the Raspberry Oreo ice cream. . . it’s phenomenal! Several slow cooker recipes this week because it’s going to be hot and who wants to turn their oven on when it’s a scorcher outside?
