First off a shoutout to my dad who celebrated his 80th birthday two days ago. It’s a little hard to believe that my parents are both turning 80 this year. . . WOW! So glad they’re both still with us!
You guys, July is pretty much over and I can’t even stand it! Where did the summer go? I’m not ready for it to end. Yeah it’s been HOT, but I love the heat more than the cold. I’m going to soak up every ounce of hot weather for the next month because if I blink it’s going to be winter.
It’s been way too long since I’ve made my Instant Pot Butter Chicken and I cannot wait to have it. Seriously it’s the best! The flatbread is also outstanding and a must make along with the butter chicken. The No Churn Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream is the perfect thing to cool you off.
