I just got back from a few days at Disneyland and we had a blast. My friend and I took our sons for a very belated graduation trip. The weather was hot and it was insanely crowded, but we plowed through both parks for three straight days. So much fun!
My son Braydon told me he’s really glad I’m home because he was getting tired of leftovers.
I’m loving this week’s menu and can’t wait for the skillet chicken with lemon and artichokes. I’ve got spaghetti squash in my garden ready to pick – YUM! If you have lots of cherry tomatoes in your garden you need to use up, you need to make the 20-minute pasta with tomato & almond pesto, it’s amazing!The pumpkin sheet cake is divine and I could eat the entire pan.
