Each Weekly Menu Plan is a collection of delicious dinner recipes, side dishes and a few desserts that will hopefully offer a little dinner inspiration and help make your week a little smoother one recipe at a time.
It’s a new year and it has started off with a bang. I became a grandma yesterday and I am beyond excited. Baby Owen made his big debut about 17 days early and weighed in at 7 lbs 15 oz and 19 inches long. He is absolutely perfect and has stolen my heart! 💙 We are so in love with him and can’t get enough of him.


I’m blaming it on Owen that this post is so late getting up today, I’ve been a little preoccupied.
There is a lot of goodness going on with this week’s menu. The Sweet and Sour Chicken with our favorite rice is probably one of our top five favorite meals. The Mississippi Mud Brownie Pie is decadent, delicious and really simple to make. It would be a great dessert for Valentine’s Day (which will be here before we know it.)
